Factory-Direct Production Every home is built entirely within our specialized factory walls to ensure total quality control from start to finish. Our facility manages the entire construction lifecycle, meaning your home is never exposed to the elements or site delays during the build. Before shipping, we provide you with complete video and photographic documentation of the finished product, giving you the confidence that your home meets our rigorous standards before it ever leaves our factory floor.

Global Delivery & Site Responsibility We operate as a high-volume manufacturer and logistics coordinator, shipping your completed home directly from our overseas factory to your specified address. While we handle the manufacturing and international freight, we operate strictly as a product supplier and do not have authority over local zoning, building permits, or site preparation. The customer is responsible for all local land-use laws and must arrange for the crane services required to unload the unit once it arrives at the delivery site.
