Shared Site Responsibility Framework

Alivance Homes operates strictly as a master product supplier and international logistics coordinator. While we execute the complex phases of custom manufacturing, federal customs clearance, and long-haul transit directly to your coordinates, our operational scope is bounded by the following site responsibilities:

• Zoning & Permitting: The client maintains sole legal responsibility for verifying local land-use laws, building codes, setback compliance, and securing all municipal permits.

• Site Preparation: Foundations (concrete pads, piers, or helical piles) must be engineered, leveled, and completely ready prior to transit arrival.

• Offloading Operations: Alivance Homes manages transportation to the site, but the client must independently contract a certified local crane service, rigging crew, or heavy-capacity material handler to safely offload the unit from our transport trailer.
