We specialize in three standard lengths: 20ft, 30ft, and 40ft models. Each can be customized with your specific layout requirements.
02. How is the final price calculated?
Pricing is not fixed. It depends on your selected home size, specific layout customizations, and the delivery distance to your address.
03. Is the 40% advance payment refundable?
No. The 40% deposit is non-refundable because it is used to purchase materials and initiate the manufacturing process for your custom home.
04. Can I change my layout after production starts?
Changes cannot be made once the 40% deposit is paid and manufacturing begins, as each home is built specifically to your approved floor plan.
05. How do I know the home is built to my satisfaction?
Before final payment, we send detailed photos, videos, and documentation of your finished home for your review and approval.
06. Where do you deliver?
We ship the completed product directly to the specific delivery address you provide during the quoting process.
07. Who handles building permits and zoning?
The customer is solely responsible for all local zoning and permits. We only manufacture and deliver the product; we do not have the legal authority to handle or advise on local permits or zonal laws.
08. Is site preparation included?
No. You must have your site foundation, crane/unloading equipment, and utility hookups ready according to local codes before the home arrives.
09. Who is responsible for unloading the home?
We deliver the product to your address, but all crane services and unloading costs are the customer's responsibility. These costs are not included in our pricing.
10. What happens if I am not ready for delivery?
If your site is not ready or you cannot provide a crane when the home is finished, storage fees may apply. Delivery is only scheduled once you confirm that your site is prepared and the final 60% balance is paid.
