1.0 Industrial Structural Warranty Overview
Alivance Homes provides a 12-Month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty from the physical date of delivery. This warranty is engineered exclusively to protect the original purchaser against verified manufacturing defects in structural materials and factory workmanship. As a factory-direct manufacturer, we ensure that the industrial and structural integrity of your modular asset is fully maintained, provided the unit is handled, offloaded, and installed according to professional engineering standards.
2.0 Primary Structural Coverage
The core heavy-duty steel chassis, load-bearing wall frames, structural columns, and integrated roof trusses are covered against catastrophic structural failure resulting directly from manufacturing or welding errors for a full period of 12 months. This coverage guarantees that the structural “skeleton” of your Alivance unit remains sound and capable of supporting engineered loads under normal environmental conditions as specified in your project’s technical blueprints.
3.0 Interior Systems and Finishes
Factory-installed interior components—including premium flooring, custom cabinetry, internal partition walls, and integrated fixtures—are warranted against material failure or structural separation for 12 months. This coverage applies strictly to craftsmanship performed inside our manufacturing facility. Because Alivance Homes provides high-resolution video and photo updates weekly and a final sign-off proof before shipping, this section covers latent, hidden defects that were not visible during the pre-shipment digital verification phase.
4.0 Electrical and Plumbing Infrastructure
All internal wiring, breaker panels, conduits, plumbing lines, and manifold systems installed within the factory walls are covered for 12 months. This warranty is strictly contingent upon the final utility connections (“hook-ups”) at the delivery site being performed by a licensed, insured, and certified professional electrician and plumber. Any system failures caused by improper site voltage supply, incorrect water pressure regulation, or faulty local infrastructure connections will immediately and entirely void this section of the warranty.
5.0 Doors, Windows, and Thermal Envelope
The structural seals, framing, and insulation integrity of factory-installed doors and windows are covered against structural air or water leakage resulting from poor factory fitment for a period of 12 months. This coverage does not extend to minor cosmetic or mechanical adjustments (such as hinge tuning, track alignment, or lock tightening) that are naturally required after the structural unit has been subjected to the natural vibrations of international maritime freight and ground transit.
6.0 Foundation and Site Readiness Requirements
Strict Condition of Coverage: This warranty is only valid if the unit is placed on a professionally engineered, structural foundation (such as a poured concrete pad, engineered concrete piers, or certified helical piles) that is perfectly level. Placing an Alivance unit on unlevel, shifting, or unstable ground causes “structural racking.” This racking distorts the steel framework, leading to cracked interior finishes, jammed doors, and leaking windows. Any structural or cosmetic damage resulting from improper foundation work, site unreadiness, or soil settling is entirely excluded from this policy.
7.0 Exclusions: Transit, Offloading, and Handling Damage
Physical damage occurring during maritime transit, port handling, customs inspections, highway transport, or onsite crane rigging is not a factory manufacturing defect and is therefore strictly excluded from this warranty. As outlined in your master purchase agreement, these incidents are covered under your cargo and transit insurance policies. Any scratches, structural dents, exterior paint scrapes, or glass breakage found at the time of delivery must be claimed directly against the carrier’s insurance manifest, not the manufacturer’s warranty.
8.0 Exclusions: Extreme Environmental Events
While Alivance Homes structures are engineered to heavy industrial and structural standards, this 12-month warranty does not cover damage caused by “Acts of God” or Force Majeure. This includes, but is not limited to, hurricanes, floods, seismic activity (earthquakes), tornadoes, wildfires, severe hail, or wind speeds and snow loads that exceed the unit’s rated engineering specifications as noted in the structural blueprints. We require all clients to secure comprehensive property insurance to cover these external environmental hazards.
9.0 Unauthorized Modifications
Any modification, structural alteration, cutting, welding, or drilling into the core steel frame, load-bearing studs, or factory-sealed roof envelope by the customer or a third-party contractor will immediately and permanently void this entire warranty. This includes the unauthorized installation of secondary roof structures, non-factory exterior cladding, solar panel anchoring, or internal wall removals that deviate from the original factory-approved engineering blueprints.
10.0 Maintenance and Neglect
The client is solely responsible for the ongoing preventative maintenance of the structure upon delivery. This includes ensuring that roof gutters remain clear of debris, foundation drainage prevents water pooling at the base, and the structural foundation remains level over time. Damage caused by operational neglect, failure to maintain structural leveling, or failing to immediately mitigate minor issues is excluded. Normal wear and tear, including minor fading of exterior paint coatings due to UV exposure or natural settling of interior materials, is not covered.
11.0 Mandatory Claim Documentation
To initiate a formal warranty claim, the client must submit a detailed written description of the issue along with timestamped, high-resolution photo and video evidence to our support desk. For major structural, plumbing, or electrical claims, Alivance Homes reserves the right to require an independent inspection report from a licensed local structural engineer or licensed contractor, obtained at the client’s expense, to verify the root cause of the system failure.
12.0 Limit of Liability and Remedy
Alivance Homes’ sole liability under this policy is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the specific defective part, component, or factory fabrication. Alivance Homes is not liable for any “consequential or incidental damages,” including but not limited to loss of rental income, commercial operational losses, temporary accommodation or hotel costs, or the field cost of hiring local heavy cranes, rigging crews, and local labor to facilitate an onsite warranty repair. Our sole obligation is to restore the component to its factory-verified blueprint condition.
13.0 Non-Transferability of Coverage
This 12-month structural warranty is issued exclusively to the original corporate or individual purchaser named on the executed DocuSign Sales Agreement and is explicitly tied to the initial delivery coordinates provided. This coverage does not transfer to subsequent property owners if the asset is sold, nor does it follow the structural unit if it is uncoupled, re-loaded, and relocated to a secondary site after the initial professional installation.
14.0 Strict Anti-Chargeback and Dispute Provision
Critical Legal Notice: By executing your milestone payments (the 40% advance deposit and 60% balance payment) and accepting delivery of your custom structural asset, you explicitly agree that you will not initiate a financial “chargeback” or payment dispute through your banking institution or credit provider for any warranty-related service claim. All issues must be submitted and processed through our formal warranty channels. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a material breach of contract and results in the immediate, permanent termination of all warranty coverage and product support.
15.0 Final Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any unresolved structural warranty disputes that cannot be settled amicably through corporate mediation shall be settled through final, binding arbitration. The legal jurisdiction for all warranty claims is governed exclusively by the corporate registration laws of Alivance Tech LLC. This 15-point policy constitutes the entire agreement regarding product protection for Alivance Homes. No verbal statements, field promises, or third-party representations shall override these written terms.
