1.0 Industrial Structural Warranty Overview

Alivance Homes provides a 09-Month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty is designed to protect the original purchaser against verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. As a factory-direct bridge, we ensure that the industrial integrity of your modular asset is maintained, provided the unit is handled and installed according to professional engineering standards.

2.0 Primary Structural Coverage

The core steel chassis, load-bearing wall frames, and integrated roof structures are covered against catastrophic structural failure resulting from manufacturing error. This coverage ensures that the “skeleton” of your Alivance unit remains sound and capable of supporting the designed loads under normal environmental conditions as specified in the technical blueprints.

3.0 Interior Systems and Finishes

Factory-installed interior components—including flooring, cabinetry, and internal partition walls—are warranted against separation or material failure. This coverage applies to the craftsmanship performed within our facility. Because we provide high-resolution video proof of these finishes before shipping, this warranty covers hidden defects that were not visible during the pre-shipment inspection.

4.0 Electrical and Plumbing Infrastructure

All internal wiring, breaker panels, and plumbing lines installed by the factory are covered for 12 months. This warranty is strictly contingent upon the final “hook-up” to site utilities being performed by a licensed, insured professional. Any failure caused by improper site voltage, incorrect pressure regulation, or faulty local connections will immediately void this section of the warranty.

5.0 Doors, Windows, and Thermal Envelope

The seals and structural integrity of factory-installed doors and windows are covered against air or water leakage resulting from poor factory fitment. This does not cover minor adjustments (hinge tuning, etc.) that are naturally required after the unit has been subjected to the vibrations of international maritime and ground transit.

6.0 Foundation and Site Readiness Requirements

Condition of Coverage: This warranty is only valid if the unit is placed on a professionally engineered foundation (concrete pad, piers, or helical piles) that is perfectly level. Placing an Alivance unit on unlevel or unstable ground causes “structural racking,” which can lead to cracked finishes and jammed doors. Damage resulting from poor foundation work is not covered.

7.0 Exclusions: Transit and Handling Damage

Damage occurring during maritime transit, offloading, or crane rigging is not a manufacturing defect and is therefore excluded from this warranty. Such incidents are covered under the shipping insurance policy. Any scratches, dents, or glass breakage found at the time of delivery must be claimed against the carrier’s insurance, not the manufacturer’s warranty.

8.0 Exclusions: Extreme Environmental Events

While our units are built to high industrial standards, this warranty does not cover damage caused by “Acts of God,” including but not limited to hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, wildfires, or wind speeds exceeding the unit’s rated engineering specifications. We recommend that all clients secure comprehensive property insurance to cover these external environmental risks.

9.0 Unauthorized Modifications

Any modification, alteration, or structural “cutting” into the steel frame or factory-sealed roof by the customer or a third party will immediately and permanently void this warranty. This includes the installation of secondary roof structures, exterior cladding, or internal wall removals that were not part of the original factory-approved blueprints.

10.0 Maintenance and Neglect

The client is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the unit, including ensuring that gutters are clear and that the unit remains level over time. Damage caused by neglect, such as allowing water to pool at the foundation or failing to repair minor leaks, is excluded. Normal wear and tear, including minor fading of exterior paint or settling of interior materials, is not covered.

11.0 Mandatory Claim Documentation

To file a warranty claim, the client must provide a written description of the defect along with high-resolution photo and video evidence. For structural or electrical claims, Alivance Homes reserves the right to require an inspection report from a licensed local engineer or electrician at the client’s expense to verify the cause of the failure.

12.0 Limit of Liability and Remedy

Alivance Homes’ liability is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the defective part or component. We are not liable for any “consequential damages,” including loss of rental income, temporary accommodation costs, or the cost of hiring local cranes and labor to facilitate a warranty repair. Our goal is to restore the unit to its factory-verified condition.

13.0 Non-Transferability of Coverage

This warranty is issued exclusively to the original purchaser named on the Sales Agreement and is tied to the specific delivery address provided. This warranty does not automatically transfer to subsequent owners if the property is sold, nor does it follow the unit if it is relocated to a different site after the initial installation.

14.0 Strict Anti-Chargeback Provision

Critical Legal Notice: By accepting delivery of the unit and the terms of this warranty, the client agrees that they will not initiate a “chargeback” or payment dispute through their bank or credit card provider for any warranty-related issue. All disputes must be handled through our formal claim process. Initiating a chargeback is a breach of contract and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all warranty coverage.

15.0 Final Dispute Resolution

Any unresolved warranty disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of PREFABIA LLC’s corporate registration. This 15-point policy constitutes the entire agreement regarding product protection. No verbal promises or third-party statements shall override the written terms of this industrial warranty.
